It seems like lately the world has become more and more chaotic. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you aren’t the only one. You might be wondering how it is that people have become so negative, short tempered and downright mean. And, you might be feeling as if there is nothing you can do to make things better. That’s a frustrating feeling, but the good news is there is a lot you can do. In fact, there are at least 50 things you can do right now to make the world a better place.
You don’t even have to all of them, just choose a few and practice them each day. It couldn’t be more simple than that. By choosing to make positive changes you’ll in turn cause positive changes in other people. Call it Pay it Forward or The Butterfly Effect – but your actions, your positive actions will result in other people doing positive actions. Perhaps not everyone you meet, but enough that if we all do just a few of these things, we will see a change in the right direction.
