Lists and the Law of Attraction

 

The law of attraction is a universal law that, like gravity, is in effect despite our awareness. When we spend time thinking about something, we create a vibration in the universe that attracts that which we are thinking of.

Thus, if you take the time to focus on what you want out of life, you will be sending the universe a clear picture of what it is you want out of life, and it will likely come to fruition without you even being aware of it. By defining or clarifying your ideas, you will give the universe a better idea of what it is you’re looking for from your life.

If you don’t have a clear idea of what exactly you want, it can be a form of self sabotage. When you sit down to think about what it is you want in life, think about where you are, and where you’d like to be, and then arrange it  in writing.  The best way to start your list is to let go of everything mutable or temporary. Create a list of what you want based and who you are at your core, rather than out of shallowness.

Create a list of the attributes you’d like to see in your life partner, or a list of what you want to accomplish in your life, or maybe a list of what you’d like to see happen in the next year.

Be sure to write your list with a positive frame of mind. If you’re writing your list and you can only think of why you dislike your current life, it’s likely the list will not come to fruition.  Try not to write your list as a means to an end, but rather as an enjoyable act in and of itself. If not, the vibrations that you will be sending out to the universe and those negative thoughts and feelings will come right back at you.
