Here on my blog I’ve been praising the Law of Attraction and what it has done to help me get my life where I want it, but by combining these two methods you’re getting the best of both worlds!

The process in this infographic has put together the following steps;

Step 1: Set your SMART goal. 

A smart goal is a goal that is;

S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Attainable
R – Realistic
T – Timely

 Step 2: Write it down.

After step two is where the two methods start to combine together in your strategy. In relation to the law of attraction, you need to focus on the end result and be sure to say your affirmations every day.

On the mental toughness side of the strategy you need to create daily tasks that will help you reach your end goal. Be sure to work hard daily and focus on the process.

Step 3: Visualize your success.

“What you visualize you materialize.”

Let your subconscious mind attract your goal to you. You can do this by staying positive about your goals and other things going on in your life. Just let it happen.
