Visualize the Day – Close your eyes and envision the rest of the day going exactly as you’d like it to go.

Visualize your Goals – Then envision the bigger goal, the long term goals that aren’t specific for that day.

– TIP: Put external images around your house. That way you’ll be reminded of your goals throughout your daily activities.

Think Positive – Usually if you’re not feeling well, if you ask yourself why you’re not feeling well, it is due to negative thoughts running through your head. Try to think about the more positive aspects of what’s going on in your life.

Attitude of Gratitude – For seven minutes every day write down everything you are grateful for.

Take Action – If inspiration strikes at some point in your day, act on it.
